Domestic Shipping Policy:
1. Order processing times:
All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within same day or Next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Here are our delivery Conditions with Some exceptions:
1. We offer free Standard Delivery (2-4 Business Days)
2. We charge 3 Pounds for Exprees Delivery (1-3 Business Days)
3. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Delivery Service Providers:
We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. The choice of carrier may vary based on the destination and other factors.
5. Delivery of Item:
We use delivery companies that may, at their discretion, leave an item in a safe place or pass it you your neighbor when no one is present at the time of delivery. In these circumstances, the delivery company should put a card through your letterbox explaining where they have left the item or Provide picture as a proof of delivery on delivery Portal. Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbor).
6. Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you to resolve the issue. If the package remains undeliverable and is returned to us, we will provide a refund for the order.
7. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or canceled. 8. Lost Items/Parcels:
If it has been more than 5-7 business days since we shipped your order but you still not have received it then in this please contact us Immediately. Our team will guide you for next steps. In case of lost parcel we will issue you a refund or will send a new one to you. Simply; whatever you will prefer from both options.
9. Damage or Defective Items:
We ensure you to provide you with the best quality products and a quality check before dispatching the item but if you have received any damage or defective item then we are here to resolve your issue. For damage or defective item kindly refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
