Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase or can send you new item in exchange. Simply, whatever you prefer from both options.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS: 

1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

RETURNS PROCESS:
1. To start a return, you can contact us at info@gillhk.com or Call us at 01274945730.
2. Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and any supporting evidence (such as photographs or Videos).
3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
4. If your return is accepted, our team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
5. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING:

1. We are responsible for the cost of return shipping and return shipping labels only in case of our errors i.e. wrong item sent or if a item is defective or damaged in transit.
2. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if the customer is not satisfied with performance, quality of item, ordered by mistke, customer no longer wants the items, etc. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: GILL HK LTD.

3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.
2. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 1-3 days.
3. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and still you didn't received your item refund, please contact us at info@gillhk.com or Call us at 01274945730.
4. In the case of an exchange, our team will ship the requested replacement item after receiving and approving the returned item. You will recieve your exchange/replacemnt item within 2-5 Working days after approval.
5. If the item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or provide a refund depending on your prefrance.

DAMANGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS:

1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
2.Provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and any supporting evidence (such as photographs or videos).
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

SHIPPING ADDRESS UPDATE:

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.
We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order. Our Order Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clear guidelines on the cancellation process. Sometimes we may also need to cancel your order without your approval or request so, Please take a moment to review the following policy details:

1. Cancellation Eligibility:

- Orders can be canceled prior to shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return or exchange as per our Returns Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders:

- If your order has not been shipped and the cancellation request is approved, or due to any reason we have cancelled your order a refund will be issued to your original method of payment automatically. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and still you didn't received your item refund, please contact us immediately.
