Returns Policy

Although we wish that you are happy with our product, we understand that you may want to return the product to us. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible via email: so that we can help you solve any issues or concerns you may have.

Additionally, if you wish to cancel or change your order before the items are dispatched, please contact us immediately by phone or email. These can be located on the “Contact Us* link at the bottom of the screen.

If you do wish to return an item to us for any reason, you may do so within a 30 day timescale from the date of your purchase. *Exclusions apply*.

Refunds & Replacements

If you wish to return a product for us for any reason, you may do so in a 30 day timescale from the date of your purchase. *Exclusions apply*.

Items must be returned in the original packaging. Refunds are made back to the original bank account.

Once the product has been delivered back to us and assessed we will be happy to offer a refund.

Original delivery charges will only be refunded when an item is deemed to be faulty/damaged or unfit for intended purpose within *specific timescales*, some items listed in our catalogue have longer warranty dates than others, please take note of this when purchasing your item.

Original delivery charges will not be refunded where an item is simply unwanted.

When returning your item back to is it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is packaged properly and to use a reputable courier service. This is important to ensure that no damage occurs to your item on its way back to us. Failure to ensure this may result in refunds being reduced due to damaged caused.

In the event that you require a replacement item or part, please inform us immediately with information of which specific part number you need.

Non-Faulty Items

If you receive an item and decided you wish to return it please let us know within 30 days of receipt.

If you do not return the item to us as instructed within 30 days we are unable to process your refund.

We are unable to refund or accept returns on any flat packed items that have since been assembled and have worked properly. We are only able to accept flat packed items if they are unused and in their original packaging.

We always recommend that you keep your proof of delivery for any item that you have returned, as this will be required in the event that your item does not reach us.

If for instance this was to occur where an item does not reach us and proof of delivery cannot be produced, we are sorry to inform we would not be able offer a refund.

Faulty Items

If you receive an item and it is deemed faulty, please contact us offer much needed help and assistance.

Additionally, if you receive an item and are not sure how to assemble properly, or do not think that your item is working, please contact us on or call us on 01274 945730. We are able to give assistance in dealing with these matters and can also send new instruction manuals.

If you believe your item is missing parts or has arrived to you damaged, please contact us immediately or within 14 days of purchase with details of the fault and evidence in form of pictures where possible.

Upon successful receipt and inspection of the item we will either send a replacement or give you a refund of the item. It is important to note that we are able to send small replacement parts such as screws, bolts, frames etc.

If a fault is caused by an accident, misuse or negligence, or if it occurs outside of the warranty period, we will not be able to cover by our returns policy.

We cannot be held liable for faulty or damaged items through our couriers as when the item leaves our building they are checked and are in good condition.

We recommend that you attain proof of delivery for any item that is faulty, as this will be required in the event that your item does not reach us. If an instance was to occur where an item does not reach us and proof of delivery cannot be produced, we are sorry to inform you that we ae unable to offer a refund.

For return requests for goods that are over 6 months, since the date of delivery of the goods, only an exchange or repair (subject to availability) would be offered.

Canceling your order

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act 2013, if you purchase online you have 14 days after the date of delivery to notify us of your wish to cancel your order.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately on or call us on 01274 945730, lines are open between 9:30 and 5:30 Monday – Friday.

If the item(s) have not been dispatched we will be able cancel the order and give refund  to the original payment method used.

If the item(s) have been dispatched to you and we are unable to stop the delivery, it is then your responsibility to return the item to us.

We accept ‘part’ cancellations, if you have ordered two items on one order, and are wanting to cancel just one, we would be able to do this.

Changing your order

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to your order once it has been placed. You will need to place a new order for any additional items wanted.

Additionally, it is not possible to remove items from an order once it has been placed. Once you have received your order you must follow our returns policy for unwanted items.

If you have placed an order with us and wish to change the address or name, please contact us immediately. We dispatch items in the morning at 9:30am, if you place an order before this time and would like to cancel/change the order, please contact us as emails are checked beforehand.

Missing, Damaged, or Incomplete Orders

In the unlikely event where your order arrives damaged or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will deal with the situation accordingly.

If you do not receive your item within 7 working days from receiving your dispatch confirmation, you must contact us immediately. The investigations team will contact the courier who will be able to provide more information for this, we will need you to allow 24-48 working hours for them to provide relevant information.

Payments of Refunds

If you require a refund due to returning an item to us, we will only issue that refund upon receiving the item. A Refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Refunds may take 7-10 working days to clear.
